Portrait Of Cleo – Commission

Here’s a commission I’ve just finished. A beautiful maine coon girl called Cleo. Sadly her owner lost her too young. She was such a beautiful girl. But I was so happy to be asked to paint her. I loved this unusual pose with her looking up at us, and the background is a lovely warm, rich, glowing golden colour.It brings out the rich reds in her black coat and almost makes a halo around her.
