David Meowie

This is David Meowie, a cat who’s a big fan of David Bowie and his Aladdin Sane album. I wanted to paint a portrait of him and keep his very pale looks, so I concentrated on his red fur and huge, beautiful eyes. You can see a little of his fur detail through his red flash and his green eye has a larger pupil than his blue eye. He is a 20×16 inch painting on a panel framed in a white floater frame.
