Ginger Cat On Handmade Paper

Another experimental cat painting. I have some new paper, this is Two Rivers handmade rag paper with 4 lovely deckle edges. And this ginger yawner is Red And Loud. I love this expression! It’s something you don’t often get to paint because most people want paintings with the cats eyes open (they have such beautiful eyes after all!) But this one always makes me smile so he was the one I picked to try out my new paper.
